Hi guys

I saw the 20" GTCs on the Top Secret car and absolutely love them, but ive never seen a car on here with them in gold. Are they available through Volk pre-painted in gold?

Also does anyone know what are the correct offsets for 20x9.5 front and 20x10.5 rear?

Any vendors watching this thread, feel free to pm me if u can get them in

 

You can get them in any color you like. they only charge you per wheel (around $30 extra) and you'd have to wait 60-90 days for delivery. UNLESS you can find someone with a set here in the US which is rare.

Here you go, I acutally just brought a set of GT-C in gold from Status Auto Design. FYI None of the cars below are mine.

is that the standard volk gold byami? could you chose different shades or does volk have a standard color? the gold SF's look alot lighter, could be the photoshopped editing though i think

ive enquired with an Aus retailer, and im going ahead with a set of 20s, 20x8.5 +27 and 20x9.5 +24 in face 2. I took those offsets off 350zonline, not 100% sure theyre correct, i need to do some web surfing. They commented that it will take 1-2 months to make, then another month to get here. Though still unclear about the gold paint

 

What look s better on PPW gold sf-challenges or Gold GTC cause they are both super hot.

 

SF-Challenges only look hot if you have a BBK and cross drilled/slotted rotors because the spokes are too small, and leave too much gap space without the BBK imho. Even if you were to get a BBK I'd still go with GT-C.

 

Volks has a standard gold. However, there are shops that will paint your rims any color you want....for a price. Here are pics of my rims,



If you're going with a Face 2, it is my understanding that brembo/stoptec brakes will not fit in the front since the off set is too deep, but then again, mines are 19s not 20s like yours. If you ever want to upgrade your brakes, get Face 1 in the front. But if the brakes fit in the 20s, than by all means get face 2 for both, let me know what you find out. I have face 2 in the rear and face 1 in the front.

i thought the face 2 was for clearing big brake kits

who could i ask to find out whether they fit or not?

Find someone with the exact setup you want and ask them if it fits.

You dont want to rely on what a shop says will fit or what someone else thinks will. It will take months to get them and if there is an issue it will take more months on top of that to get them changed if they let you.
