What is the offset if I want bigger rims??

That's a loaded question and the answer depends on not only who you ask, but what your desire is for the results/looks. In general I've come to learn that you can run as little offset as 22mm+ with a 275 tire....and it will be quite close to the fender lip. As far as the fronts, it seems you can run 22mm+ up there also with up to a 245 tire and be OK. My general conclusions thus far for myself is that I will be running a 18 X 10.5" on the rear with @ 28mm+ offset and a 285 (maybe a 295) tire, and a 8.5" up front with @ the same offset and a 255 tire. This is probably the biggest variable due to variations in the shape of different wheels and spoke clearances for different brake setups.
