winter sport m3 vs blizzak lm22?
does anyone have experience with the dunlop winter sport m3 vs the blizzak lm22. Ive narrowed the field down to these two but i cant figure out which one to go with. Im going to go with a 17 inch tire.
Tried searching but I couldnt find the answer I was looking for.
Thanks

I just ordered M3s. Won't know for a few months if it was the right choice, but I too was considering the LM22 (as well as Alpin PA2).
In the end I chose the M3 because it rated highest on Tirerack's survey result for performance snow tires. Also, it comes in both 225/50/17 and 225/55/17 which matches the stock 18" (on the 35th AE) within 0.5% of diameter. Price wasn't too bad either, compared to PA2...seemed about the same for the LM22
My bigger debate was whether to just go with the Hankook W300 Icebears...way cheaper, probably a better snow tire, but worse on dry (not a performance winter tire for sure).

I think you'll like those M3's. The LM22 is also excellent. I've used various snow tires, and I'd say that the Blizzak WS50 was maybe the best in snow, but they are so damn squishy on dry pavement that I really didn't like driving them, and this was on my old Lexus LS400. Both tires are excellent choices.
