Guys,

What makes the most difference in performance as far as wheel/tires are concerned? Wheel? or tire ?.I have stock 17s and they weigh about 24 pounds each with ****enza tires. I will be upgrading to 18s and the wheel I am looking is about 26 pounds, same as stock 18. What tire I should put on it, that is lightweight and handles great. I read some of you suggested Toyo's etc.

Please advise me on the lightweight tires that you guys like. I would be going 245/40/18 on front and 275/40/18 on back on 18 x 8.5 and 18x9.5 wheels.
