Default TIRe PReSSURE SENSOR!

hey ya..i just install new rims on my Z...just want to kno does your PSI gauges goes off alot because lost of PSI in tire???because i had my rims for bout a week now and i kno cold days u loose PSI...but onces u start runnin it it raises back up..I dont kno am i being to sensitive about this..cuz it beeps but it goes off once PSI is normal..is this NORMAL for ya who got rims?? in the morning it drops down to almost 26PSI tats when it goes off..but through out the day after drivin for 5-10 mins it shoots back up to 32PSI...i just ad air in last nite up to 40psi this morning it droped to 32 psi..and once i start driving, it shoots back around 36-38 PSI...now does ya PSI move a lot? let me know if im being too senstive bout this psi crap!hahah

well, cold tires will read lower.

as they warm up, the psi increases.

How The Hell Do U Get That Psi Sensor To Even Work>??>?> Seriously Pm Me If Any One Knows.. Its Buggin The **** Out Of Me..and Im Too Lazy To Look At The Manual!! Haha !

really your psi sensor dont work??? im not sure..to be honest..the shop just did everything for me..but its my In-laws shop who did it for me so i kno they do 100% of the work..hahaha

Definitely your psi will move up/down a few degrees. Mine does that all of the time. Usually in the mornings (especially today) I get between 29-33 psi. And in the afternoon I get about 33-35. It's normal. About the sensor going off, that's another story. I would have the local tire shop check the air pressure (it's free anyways) and make sure it's the right amount. I don't suggest putting more in it, since you keep on getting different readings throughout the day anyways.

BTW, did you install the sensors yourself???

ok my car came with it built into the dash..it sais f or r as in front or rear ..then psi .. but its just dashes..and thats how my miles per galon gauge was untill i hit reset..but i dont know how to set the tire sensor to actuall do what its suppose to.. ill just take it in !!
