Default 2 questions need a little help

2005 Z Touring model
I bought this car for my daughter because she had to have it.
Then she wanted new wheels.
So I bought her a set of forgeline sx-3 wheels.
I went to mount the wheels and found the retaining bolt and sleeve prohibited mounting because the centers are not routed out like the stock 18" wheels.
I figure I can remove the bolt and sleeve and mount them up. My tire and wheel guy says that will be fine.

#1 Anybody on this site done that without negative repercussions?

#2 Is there a minimum tire pressure that sets off the TPM light on the stock wheels?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Yes you can throw the bolt away.
If the TPS is not in the new wheels it will not cause any issues either.

Thanks fellas. She adores the car more than me. But that is what I expected.
The tps is in there. I'll mount tomorrow and let you all know what happens if you care.
