Default changing rim colors

ok powdercoating is an option but i want to retain my polished lip finish on my racinghart pro j8. the color i'm getting is silver but i want to change the centers to black.

is painting my rims my only option? and can they mask off the lip to not paint that part?

what is my best bet?

Are you talking about painting the rim, the spokes or the whole wheel?
mgl is suggesting you change your order to black spokes--a standard color for the J8.
