sup guys, i have a silverstone 350z and im in the market to buy rims. I have 2 choices for rims. It'ts either Volk SF challenge 0r Gram Light 57F Pro. I heard that the SF rims are 26 lbs and 57F is 19 lbs. To me, the SF looks a lil better but the Gram lights are also nice/light. What r your opinions and id appriciate ur help.

I'm guessing you're going with 19's?

The SF's are seamless forged and super strong.

I know Gramlights can be strong too but some of their wheels are only partially forged. I would have went with 57f pro's if they were available at the time I was shopping for wheels.

 

I could be wrong, but didn't we find out that only the outer part of the SF wheels, as well as the GT series Volks, are forged? I think the centers are cast on all the multi-piece Volks. And, again, I could be wrong, but I thought the 57f's are a forged one-piece?

 

Yes. Only the outer rim is forged.

BTW, what does "Seamless Forged" mean?

I like how sf chanllenge looks but the VR on center cap just bothers me. I wish it just says VOLK on it.

 

They come off...i believe you can get caps that just says "RAYS" on them.
