staggered wheels help
Different front and rear sizes/widths. It'll be an advantage for high HP Z's or any other RWD cars since you'll have more traction in the rear. OTher than that, they're aesthetics IMO. YOu can rotate your wheels with staggered setup.
Staggered tires create more understeer because the rear tires tend to push through the front. Car companies do this to keep the lawyers happy, because it is much easier to recover from understeer than oversteer. If you want a more neutral, faster car you would put the same width tires on all corners. Keep in mind the car will be able to go faster in the corners, but when you push them past their limits it will be a little harder to get it back into control.
