Got a question for all you Work wheel owners

I'm thinking about getting some VS-XX wheels and was wondering if they have the same kind of anodized finish on the lip like Volk wheels. I know the lips on Volk wheels are really sensitive to chemicals and will get cloudy if anything is sprayed on them. Is the lip on the VS-XX the same?

I'm about to do spacers, but not sure what tire size to go with. I'm gonna roll my fenders, and I need to know if I can run the same tire size I am running now.
