Default Michelin PS2 vs Kumho MX

Anybody tried both tires on their Z?
How do they compare beside the PS2 costing way more.
Have tracked my Kumho MX and was happy with their performance.
However, large hp increase on the way.
Looking for great dry weather traction.

Not impressed by the Car & Driver tire test.
Prefer real Z experiences.

I run Mx's the real traction problem is you diff. With light flywheel I could spin into 3rd bad. Nismo clutch pack diff. I just chirp into second gear.

I don't have experience with the MX's, however I had the PS2'S on until I burned up the rear in 18k miles due to uneven tire wear or else i would have gotten maybe 20-24k due to my driving.

So right now I have 245/35/19's up front (PS2'S) and 285/35/19 (RE050A's) rear. I have to say I like the bridgestone but their weekness is in the rain. Dry traction is great, quiet ride, comfortable, good looking and produce a great squeling noise when lighting them up.

Can those tires handle all that power ?

I can't seem to find a 19'' tire that can hold 400-450 whp.

My SO'3 always break loose, I was thinking of trying the Pirelli Corsa system next.

Yeah they can somewhat handle it. Cold nights 3rd gear can't get traction when tires are cold. Other than that its not bad but what do you expect. It looks like my diff might have busted at lunch so i might be going with a 3.3.

RE050A's are really good tires for the money. PS2'S are slightly better but not worth the 400 bucks a piece.
