Maybe this will help you out...when you think about your car with rims on it. What is the first color that comes to mind? What color are the rims when you're day dreaming about your car? Go with that color because you'll be happier. You already have a picture in mind of how you want your car to look, so go with that image.
I may have missed something here (like an edited post or whatever), but he stated in his post that he's after gunmetal wheels. So color isn't the issue. I do agree that he should go with the wheels that he likes, but in this case it seems like he's torn between the two and can't make up his mind. My vote is for the LE37's.

I REAAAALLY wanted LE37's.....

But caved in got the SF-challenges because I wasn't going to have a rear-wheel drive car and NOT have a mean lip and offset.

SF-challenges are tacky though...but I like being tacky. So I came to terms with my crooked self and bought these stupid wheels.

i agree, nice car. What color iis ur car? Love the setup.

I called a performance store today and they said that the SF are 29 lbs and Le37t's are 19-20 lbs. I can save 36 lbs with the Le37s and that makes a difference.

Exactly the same reasons Im leaning towards LE's as my wheel of choice. The weight makes a good bit of difference. They are lighter then my stock 17's so I get a bit better performance, plus good looking wheels. I like lip but it doesnt have to be huge. LE's just look so made for a Z. But the Challenges are stunning none the less.

yyea..i think i made my decision. I'm leaning towards the gunmetal Sf Challenge rims. After looking at SS Z with both gunmetal SF and LE, SF jus made my jaw drop. With the weight of the SF, its not like im going to the track and race with em. I wouldnt want to burn those expensive tires. In the other words, im goin for the "more show, less go" type. The way i look at it, ill jus buy a 5/16 motordyne spacer and UR crank pulley to even out the weight gain.

Didn't sell it yet. I still have them.

I am debating if I should put them on and get rid of the Maya's.

Sorry about that I got so many PM's I could not keep track of who was serious.

I had about 3 or 4 guys back out at the last minute. Literally at last minute.

Like I said I may just put them back on Today.

I'm exactly in the same situation between the Le37 and SF on a SS z. Does anyone have the diamond black sf's on a SS z?
