Do 18" track centercaps fit on 17" stock wheels?

Just like the title says... i have a set of OEM 17" wheels coming with no centercaps, and I'll be taking off my track wheels for winter. Does anyone know if the centercaps from the track rims fit onto the 17" wheels?
