Default Fixing Outer Rim?

I was wondering what it would cost to get the outer rim fix. I ran across a good deal, on a set of Volk GT-Av's. 19x10.5/19x9.5. The guy wants 1600 for them, with tires! Only problem is the front driver side rim is curbed pretty bad. Quarter around. Looks fixable, but I dont have any idea how much it would be to fix the problem. I took a picture of it, but the quality of the phone camera was so bad, you couldn't tell it was curbed at all. Anyways.. any information, or location where I can take it to (sacramento area) would be greatly appreciated. Also, is 1600 still a deal?

I guess it really depends on the damage.

You are looking between $70 to $100. It the repair shop has to take the wheels apart, you are looking close to $100 but if not I would say around $70.

I know a place in Santa Ana, CA but not Sacramento area. Just don't take it to Wheel America. They will mess up your polish.
