Fraud involving the U. S. Postal Service. Potential $100,000 fine and 10 years in jail.

No. There is no need to take the car to the dealer. With my package to Nissan, I included photos of the OEM tires.

Reimbursement covers replacing the original tires only. The new tires must be the same size as the original.

Even though Nissan does not discriminate against other brands HOWEVER they did NOT approve my reimbursement because I put on a 245 in the front instead of a 225.

If any one else did the same and still got there refund please let me know so I can dispute it.
thanks!

I don't understand why they won't replace different size tires? It seems like we should be allowed to change the size, and that it doesn't have anything to do with this problem. This is a problem with the car and they should cover it IMO. It seems like they just don't want to get stuck paying for expensive tires, even though it isn't the customer's fault that this problem exists. I can't afford to replace my SO3's every 10,000 miles. I'm getting fed up with this...

I am completely annoyed with Nissan Consumer Affairs. They are telling me to wait 30 business days before they do a trace on checks. It is clear if checks were mailed around Dec 10th then I should have em by now. Do I need to wait for 30 days? What can I do to make them issue me new checks again.

I think the customer service tech Dana is basically bull****ting me that the checks got mailed. They were never sent. How can 3 checks get lost in mail?

Please advise me what to do. I don't want to wait till Jan 20.
