Default Staggered and wheel size question.

Hi Guy

Proly this is a bump question. I tried to get myself a rims for the frist time. It's a staggered and typical rims (same size on 4 rims) on the market. Of cause, staggered make the car look much awesome than the typical rims. However, they are much expensive, too.

I look around this forum around the rim size. They all suggest to get a staggered wheel. Because the VDC computer only work correctly, when front wheel is a bit smaller than the rear wheel.

Is it a delimma? Can Z only get staggered rims intead of typical rims? Can Z get a typical rims, but wear a bigger tire on the rear?

Thank for helping!

Staggered wheels as in 18 inch wheels in the front and 19 in the rear? Sure. Why not.

If you want, put 8 inch wide wheels on front, and 9 in the rear. No problem.

As a mater of fact, the stock performance/touring wheels are all 18x8 with the back being a slightly taller tire. So if you want to get all four wheels the same, you can do that as long as you fit tires with the proper stagger.
