Default OPINIONS PLS: Sell or Keep stock wheels/tires

I just upgraded my '05 Enthusiast with new wheels/tires and now trying to decide whether to sell or keep the stock setups. My only concern is that if an alignment (or something) needs to be done under warranty, I might have to put the stock wheels/tires back on for Nissan to honor the warranty. Other than that, there's really no real reason to keep them...what ya think?

They’re not much good for anything. Too wide for snow tires. Too heavy for competition. That’s why you find them on eBay: $200/4.

Keep them. I sold my track wheels and regret it. Even though they are stockies you never know when you might need them. I upgraded my wheels to 19s and cant use them at the drag strip because the price of tires are so expensive. I was looking into picking up a set.

Might as well keep them around... you won't get much money for them anyways. And you never know when you're gonna want another set of wheels to put race tires on, that's the exact situation I'm in right now.

Or if you decide to sell car down the road you can return to original condition, worth more if you trade it in at a dealership with factory wheels.

+1, but if you can get a decent return on your wheels go for it, cause you can always buy used ones if you ever have to return them back to stock, might as well have the money from your old wheels while your not using them

KEEP THEM! i sell wheels/tires for a living and i've seen TOO MANY customers, who've gotten themselves into some crappy situations b/c of selling their stocks.

Imagine a situation: you damage your aftermarket wheel, it takes several weeks to get a replacement... What are you going to do, ride all that time on a donut?
Keep them just in case.

I just had a very similar experience to this. I too was going to sell the stocks. That goodness I didn't because I used them until I resolved my issue.
