Can discount tire do powdercoating?

I was curious cuz i wanna powdercoat my track rims gloss black with polished lip. Wondering if they did it, if not what kinda shop can?!

discount tire themselves dont do much except sell rims and tires, install tires and fix tires. as for any type of wheel work they will send them off to a 3rd party who can do the work for them. probably cheaper to find someone directly to do the powdercoating for you.
