Default Larger wheels = Alignment?

I am going to get a set of new set of Volk SF Challenges (Gloss Black) in 19x9.5 and 19x10.5. I have a set the same size and the neg. camber was pretty bad. I was wondering since I am a noob with suspension will an alignment fix this after I put the wheels on or do I need something else? Thanks for input!

It depends on how much out of spec you are with the new wheels. If it's not too bad, a good alignment shop can sometimes get you back within factory spec. It's also more important that you get your toe within spec.
