Here's a link that can help you.

https://my350z.com/forum/media-share/161354-show-me-your-wheels-pics.html

Theres also a section in this forum just for tires/wheels. There are a few things to consider when buying your wheels.

1. Wheel size
2. offsets
3. Will it fit aftermarket brakes (in case you want to upgrade later on)

There are many great sponsors on this site. I personally dealt with Rick at http://statusautodesign.com/ and he has great prices and excellent customer service.

Have fun with the Z!

Welcome and congratulations. Go to froogle and search “wheels 350Z.” That should keep you busy.

Learn to drive the stick better before you upgrade. Look for the lightest wheels you can afford that you like the look of.
Plus, the best upgrade that is worth 10x more is better rubber!! The stock rubber sucks!

I really don't do it but then again, i've been driving stick for a long time. I would give you this advise....

If there's a car behind you, yes, use the brakes to avoid a collision but when its clear, try to start up the hill without the brakes that way you can get the feel of the car.

Heres a tread on Moding your car that you should read. It covers almost all topics and help you get started on the right track.

Enjoy.

I had this problem in October of last year. I will tell you something that my friend told me that really helped. He said to let the clutch out slowly until you feel that the car is ready to stall but not all the way or it will start. As soon as you feel the car jerk when letting the clutch up, keep the clutch on that spot and let go of the brakes. The car will stay there on that spot. All you gotta do is press gas a little and let go of the clutch as your pushing in gas. Or you can do the e-brake which I dont like personally. It will take some time for you to get used to the catching point of the clutch. That point is key for all driving situations. Dont worry though, you'll eventually get it. Also look up some articles on driving manual. Google driving manual tutorials. You'll get some good stuff. Good luck.
