Default wheel help? please

I'm a noobie so take it easy, ive tried searching but havent found what im looking for. I found a set of wheels that i like, 18's with a 2.25 lip for front, and a 3.5 lip rear. fronts are 8 wide and rears are 9 wide. they have toyo proxes t1r 245/40 front, 275/40 rear, with a 35 offset front and rear. my question is i plan on putting different springs on car w/ mild drop just to take up a little wheel gap, and not worried about bbk? so would these fit and look good? i need help fast cause if they'll work i want to jump on them before they're gone. as everything is brand new mounted balanced, rings, lugs everything for 1,499. and by the weigh weigh 21 lbs?

My only concern would be in relation to the offset, in that at +35 all round the wheels may look too tucked into the fenders however this opinion is based not knowing the design of the wheel. To give you an idea, 8.5 and 9.5 Volk Challenges typically have a +21 f and +23 r offset and sit just inside the fenders.

Hope this helps - if we knew the type of rim it would make it much easier

Are the rims new or used?
