Default n00b offset question.

ive tried searching, and ive tried the offset calculator, doesnt really answer my question. Anyhow, im looking into an inexpensive wheel. and the offsets they have are +28 for a 18x8.5 and +15 or +25 for a 18x9.5. I want the deeper lip in the rear, so what offset would best fit and not have any clearance issues, +15 or +25? And would that front offset be a problem? Any help is appreciated.. thanks!

The wheels that you are interested in are the same size as the NISMO wheels. What offsets are the NISMO wheels? The same offsets with work for your car.

9.5 wheels with a +15 ofset are on the edge of rubbing. If you pick a 275 tire that has a maximum section width of 11", this will work. If you fit a wider tire, or lower the car, you will encounter rubbing. I have Enkei RPF1's, 18X 9.5 with 275/40 Khumo SPT's on the rear and they do not rub.
