TPS question
I'm about to buy 19 inch wheels, i have stock 17's
the question is where's the TPS on my stock wheels? is the valve the sensor itself? will that same sensor work on the 19 inch rim?
please help

Whether it fits or not depends on the wheels themselves. Forged wheels like the Nismos and Volk LE37/TE37 have no problems with the sensors.
This picture shows you how they mount. If they can't be mounted through the stem as normal, then you can use the banding method.

cool.. i was about to ask about this. i hope they fit my work equip01's. Now... what happens if they dont fit? and theres no time to band it on? Will the tps lights inside the car stay on? or is there a way to disable them?
TPS will work on almost any wheel, with exception of very few that don't have the valve stem hole in the usual position on the outside edge of the rim. If you don't install TPS, the tire pressure alert light will stay lit (bad at night) and and "PSI" will continuously flash in the multi guage. When I got my wheels, I bought a set of new wheel sensors on Ebay and installed them before getting new tires. The Nissan dealer charged $45 to "wake them up" and put the computer in the "learn" mode. It all works perfectly now.
Take the time and locate a set of sensors before you install the tires. going back at a later date is a major pain and expense (demounting and remounting the tires). You will not want to drive around with the warning lights glaring at you.
