Hey guys, I recently traded my wheels for G35 Coupe wheels. We just swapped them, so we didnt remove the tires off the wheels. My tire pressure sensor monitor doesnt work. It doesnt read any pressure, plus my flat tire light is on. Do I need to go to the dealer and buy 4 new sensors for this vehicle specificially or can I just reset it? Plus do the G35 Coupe wheels have the tire pressure sensors on the rim or not?
Assuming that the G35 wheels still have the sensors in them (the other guy didn't remove them beforehand), then all you have to do is go to a dealer and then can re-register the sensors in each wheel to your car.
The sensors have a unique ID that the computer looks for to determine what wheel it's picking up the pressure from. Your computer is still looking for your old sensors, it's ignoring the new ones.
