Rays painted Black
Hi everybody, I wanted something different for my Z and was thinking about painting my Rays 18" black. I didnt know if powder coat or urethane or whatever works. I wanted to know if the paint chips on rims. Also was thinking about leaving plain the outer edge of the rim and blacken the spokes or everything black. I wanted to compliment it with the middle lower portion of the bumper were the grille is and maybe mirrors and roof. What do you think? I like the look to be racy and not show style.

Quoting you is becoming a funny pastime for me !
Black with polished lips are everywhere around here. From F-150’s to Cobalts… Issshhh…
I’m going matte black on my track wheels. With brake dust highlights…

look into black chome powder coat. It honesly looks just as the name says... freaking stunning. Just careful when you get tires put on they dont scratch it. If they do... make sure you are compensated for it.
