Default Pics: 18" Enkei RPF1 powdercoated black

Front: 18" x 8.5" +30 (18.3 lbs) with Falken Azenis Rt-615 245/40/18
Rear: 18" x 9.5" +15 (18.6 lbs) with Falken Azenis Rt-615 275/35/18

Thanks to JPsZ for a great deal on these wheels with fast shipping and well packaged. I was a little worried about the offsets with the front being conservative and the rear aggressive. In person the offsets look pretty good but I might add a 5mm spacer to the front. The rear could be a rubbing issue but I am running a lower profile than most, with a 275/35 instead of a 275/40. So far so good but I haven't pushed it really hard yet. The car is lowered on Tein Basics.

First pics to show wheel lip detail since its hard to show when on the car.

i like 'em- looks good man.

(JPsZ)- how much was it for the powdercoating?

one note 1nate7- take off your rear wheels and clean up the hub area right there where a center cap would go. not sure if a flat black or gloss or what would look best, but the rusty/dirty center shows up more with the black rims. nice pics!

Very damn nice, I was actually interested in these wheels. Do they make them in a 10.5? What did you pay if you don't mind me asking? That +15 offset in the rear looks pretty good.

I MIGHT get the same set-up for some RA1's. What % gloss black is that?

they're roughly 30% gloss. here's a better picture to get an idea the percentage of gloss.

btw what lugs are you using? look like they're non-existant.

JPsZ: The lugs are black Kyokugen open-ended.

atadlo: Thanks for the tip. Since my lugs are open ended I was going to paint the end of my wheel studs black, and I will hit up the hub area at the same time.

MyV6IsFast3r: 9.5 is the widest width in 18" diameter. As for the price, I bought them through the private classifieds and got a smoking deal IMO.

Crap, I really love those wheels, but I wouldn't want my front spokes to go outwards like that, and I really want a 9.5 front and 10.5 rear in 18" while staying as light as possible. Any suggestions....?

Enkei Nt03, available 18 x 9.5 +27 and 10.5 +30, around 20 lbs. Edgeracing.com has a good selection of Enkei with price/weight listed.

You are kind of limited in the sizes you want if you are on a budget. If I had the $, I would get some Volk TE37's or CE28's.

Nate, nice looking wheel and good taste of you picking them for your car. They are my fav. wheel in the Enkei line-up, I love them alot. And good choice on the tires too, ready for some autox? I might get a set of the 615s on my Miata in the very near future too.

btw, I just sold my Z this morning to a local guy! Now I am thinking what to get next...

Thanks a lot man, I have checked those out too... Not sure I like the 2nd little line in them. I seen the Volks CE28's on another members ride and I must say they lookgood, but a tad too many spokes for me. I love the wheels you got, too bad they don't make them a little bigger. Work has a set that are damn close to what you have, I may look into those.

DId you have to role you're fenders with the +15 in the rear?

I'm with you on the spoke thing. Only problem is you have to go 9" width to get that, so you could run 17x9F and 17x10R...would still look good IMO if you dropped your car a lot. Or go 18x9.5F with a spacer. The 19x8.5 don't convex as much as they do on the 18's...so lots of options.

Anyway, thanks for posting pics 1nate7. They look hot!

No issues yet, but I am running a 275/35 instead of 275/40 and I haven't really pushed it yet. A 285 would really be pushing the limit, but would clear for sure if the fender was rolled. Rear camber is around -2 which also helps it tuck in.

Awesome. If Enkei made a 9 or 9.5 with a +20 or so offset for the front I would have those in a second flat. Love them. Your car looks awesome. The wheels make the car no doubt.
