Default Fixing tire wear problem?

So, I had my wheels off to do the brakes on my car on Sunday, and I noticed that the front tires are wearing really bad on the insides. I had the alignment done at a Firestone right after I got the wheels and tires. I stopped at Big O Tires here in Boise yesterday, and the manager said they can adjust the camber, toe, and whatever during an alignment to fix my tire wear problem. My car is lowered on Hotchkis springs, and I have the front and rear Hotchkis sway bars. Is this really something they can fix with the alignment? Is this still a problem related to the tire feathering problem the 03's had so bad? I just want to make sure I'm not throwing away $130 for nothing. Thanks in advance for your help.
