I'm ordering Volk racing gt av rims soon, but i'm having trouble figuring out what the finishes are like.
Does anyone know the differences between Hyper black, Silver, Chrome silver and Mercury silver?

Basically I'm looking for the one's in this pic. Is it Hyper black?

Please help me out asap cause i gotta let the guy know real fast...

 

I would have to say those are chrome silver. But not 100% sure. The Hyper Blacks would have a darker tone to them.

 

Are you sure those are the Volk colors? I mean, Hyper black, silver and chrome silver don't sound like typical Volk colors. I could be wrong though. From what I've seen, they usually have mercury silver, spark silver, diamond black or gloss black, gunmetal, noble gold, bronze. Anyway, the ones in the pic I would say are mercury silver, or maybe spark silver. When I ordered mine, I believe they told me the difference was that mercury silver was a little more of a flat silver, and spark silver was a little more glossy.

 

I don't have the exact names, but theres definately hyper black n mercury silver, as well as 2 other silvers, 1 normal the other chrome.

I thought the hyper black is just a glossier black finish, but i read somewhere how this dude ordered his hyper blacks, n they were just a darker silver.

PLEASE i need u guyz advice on this one.. volks r quite a heavy hit to the bank account so i want to make sure i'm making the right decision.

I ordered chrome, but i'm still not 100% that they're the ones in that pic...

 

The GTAV's on Nismo33's Z are definitely Mercury Silver if that helps.

 

I believe the hyper black you're talking about is Ray's Black Chrome which is a darker chrome color.

 

I think its called RMC (Ray's Metalic Coat) ...
