Default NTB Scraped and nicked my rims, what to do?

I brought my rims and tires to NTB. First they charged me $130 to mount them (they said its harder since they're 19" so they charged me more). Then they charged me $50 for lugs.

I came in to pick it up and notice the lug hole areas on all four rims were nicked and scuffed. This was like on 2-3 lug hole areas per rim.

I told hte manager and he said they they're only willing to go half on me. He said he will cost about $200 each at a rim shop but they will refinish the whole rim rather than just the nicks. He said that it's not a safety issue and he feels the shop should not pay more than $100 a rim since they only want to fix the nicks and not the whole rim. This is the manager of the store and he said if I talk to his manager, his manager probably wont even cut me some slack.

So in the end, they're willing to pay me $400 to fix my rims.... should i just accept this? What do you guys think?

Bad attitude. You can contact your local DA and ask what option do you have there since they mess up your wheel. The shop can play with you by saying they will fix it for you and keep it for months. Or $400, you can take it and fix it elsewhere.

The fools put the lug nuts on with a air gun. Stupid but unfortunately common.

www.fixrim.com

just got my bent wheel back from them today, they did a great job. There is a coupon in motor trend magazine to have it done for $100.
