Hey guys I'm getting new wheels in about a month and I want to secure them. What brand of wheel locks did you use and reccommend? I have looked into Mcgards, Volk, and the Works, and i like how each of them are made to secure the wheels, but I need a consensus of which you guys reccommend. Thanks!

I ordered from Status and I think i met you there. you came back from an event and it was a sunday. Anyways, I got the Work VS-XX...I talked to rick for quite a while there. He mentioned the Rays lug nuts, but i wasnt feeling the red ones. you have any suggestions?

 

don't they sell the rays in blue and black as well? I believe rays are the most "secure" in the sense that every set is unique so a thief can't just go out and buy a set of rays and use the key from that set to take off your locks. which is also a good reason to make sure you never lose the key. I actually went with dual lock setup and put 1 mcguard lug on each wheel and put muteki on the rest.

 

yeah rick can get you the rays in Blue or Black as well.. also he can get the Kics R40 Racing lugs as well in a Black Chrome finish..

I went with the short Rays lug nuts that come with wheel locks and one set of McGard tuner wheel locks in black. From what i have read on this forum...the Ray's are the best...
