HRE wheels was not responsible for the wheels breaking. Kinesis wheels broke and HRE was labeled then such rumor started. HRE is still and has been welcomed by Viper Club of America, Corvette Club of America, and Porsche PCA. The wheels will be used on a brand new Porsche 997 which will be in many if not all the significant races in it's class this year. The wheel that broke looked as though it had been abused and not HRE's fault. HRE is a top of the line wheel company and I just wanted everyone to know that HRE wheels are safe to use for street and competition driving as I will be doing both this year.
