A set of 4 H&R Spacer will come close to $250 and Kicks are Around the Same. Yet I find Generic Billet Aluminum ones on Ebay or other performance shops for around $100 a set.. Why should I spend Twice as much? Are they that much better?

Ok generic spacers i've seen are not that strong and materials may not be up to par w/ that of HNR or Kicks

Would you save 100 dollars and risk the life of you and your car?

HnR and Kics are used widely and i know that Kics spacers are used on a few D1/Formula D cars.

for bodykit and other exterior part, generic or replica is ok. BUT anything that deal with your engine, wheel, brake, please don't.
