Default Wheel spacers for my Volks

Hey guys, I currently have Volk Gt7s 19x8.5 and 19x9.5. The offsets are +23 and 24. I want my wheels to be more flush with the fenders so im looking into some spacers for the front and back. So i have some questions. Any help is greatly appreciated.

1. Do many of you guys run spacers on your volks?

2. What size spacer should i get if i want my offsets to be some where in the 19 or 17s? (5mm? 10mm?)

3. Is there a certain brand named spacer i should stick with?

4. Do spacers really mess up handling? Im dont ever track or anything, just daily driving.

5. Do spacers make a big difference with the appearence when you have Volks on? If you guys have any pictures with 19s and spacers that would really help.

6. Finally. Where do i get spacers? and are they pretty pricey?

Sorry for all the questions guys. I really want to know my material before i buy anything. If you guys can help that would be great. Thanks again.

I would do 5mm in the front and 10mm in the rear. It should work with no rubbing.

As for spacer, I like Kic's since you don't have to take out the rotors to install them and they are very good quality.

I have Kic's 10mm spacer which I bought about a month ago which I am willing to sell to you for $100 Shipped if you are interested.

The retail about $159.

You know what, I made a mistake.

You should go 5mm on both front and rear.

If you add 5mm spacer in the rear, it would be like 19x9.5 +18 offset.

You can probably go 10mm in rear but if your car is dropped, it might rub a but not for sure.

I seen some Z's with 10.5 with +17 in the rear.

Just add 6mm when your rim width get bigger by 1/2 inch.

Example, 19x9.5 +23 = 19x10 +29 = 19x10.5 +35
