Will the stock tires fit 8.5"F and 9"R rims?

Yes, another freakin tire fit question.
A couple years ago I upgraded to some SSR GT3 RIMS (18x8.5F and 18x9R) with some Dunlop SP9000 (245F and 275R).
Now that summer is just around the corner, I want to put my summer tires back on but after 2 summers the Dunlops are more slicks than anything else.
I'd buy another set of Dunlops, but the lease is up in a year and I have a pair of brand new stock summer tires, given to me by Nissan due to the tire feathering issue, sitting in my basement.
So, the question is this: Will the stock 225 front fit on a 18.5" wide rim, and will the 245 rear fit on 9" wide rim?

Thanks,
Now to spend more money. Glad I'm not keeping track on how much I've spent on tires and rims on this car...
2 sets of Pirelli Snowsports
1 set of Dunlop SP9000 with SSR Rims
and now 1 pair of Potenza RE040 for the rear.
I'm sure its approaching the $8-$9k mark
