Default Lugs and SF Challenges

Hey guys,

I just bought a set of SF Challenges and was wondering if I could still use the stock lugs on them. If not, what kind of lugs do I need to get? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The stock lugs will not fit. You'll need some tuner lugs.

Well, the place I bought my wheels from are a bunch of shady people and so I didn't get any lugs. Anybody have a link to where I can get some Rays tuner lugs then? Thanks again for the help.

not sure what u guys means by 'lugs'

but i used the stock chrome wheel bolts on mine

they are wider than the rays wheel bolts, so i wrapped masking tape around the long wheel adaptor tool so as to not scratch inside the wheel bolt area

i prefer the stock wheel bolts because they are shorter. The rays wheel bolts stick out of the rim

vs rays wheel bolts

hmmm... i'm a little confused here... i have one person who says it doesn't fit and then another person who has pictures of the stock lugs fitting.... I'm not going to be rolling on these rims a whole lot.. mainly used for shows.. i would think the stock lugs would work, right...??

They stocks should fit. They have the same curve as the tuner lug nuts.

of course they work, you havent changed the bolt thread by sliding a different wheel on the hub

had my rims for 2 months now and no problem

i had the Rays bolts come with the rims, used them when putting the wheels on first and it looked hardcore gay with these wheel bolts sticking out of the rim. Stock were a better fit. Depends if you like that look or not
