Hey guys i have a question on some wheels...the sizes are 18x10 and 18x12 offset + 10 on both...is widebody the only option to make these fit or will some sick negative camber and beating the hell out of the fenders gnna make it?

Most people have to roll their fenders at the 18x10.5 +22 stage, so at 18x12 +10 would stick out another 31mm past that or 1.22 inches. So yeah...widebody I think would be the only way unless you could somehow flare you fenders, but that might look ugly.

NOT TRUE...
if you want...

18x10 +10
and 18x12 +10
ITS DOABLE

Ok so front's
so far i've ran as agressive as 18x9 +0 which is a 18x10 +12
Just get the cusco negative arm in front and crank the camber
make sure to run a 245 tire. my camber on the front is 3.5 degrees

For the rear
i ran as low as a 18x10 +0 which is a 18x12 +24
but if you stretch a 275 on that tire and get spc camber arms and max it out
you will be able to fit it not a problem.. my current camber on my car is 5 degrees negative.

So in review 245 on 10 275 on 12 will give you stretch
Roll fenders in rear
Get at least 3.5 and 5.0 camber
and you are good.

That is nothing..
right now i'm trying to fit..
19x10 -6
19x12 -20
try that on without wide fenders..
