Look what I found for the V35 Coupe:

The spokes are missing the three dots.

The picture that you posted of the Ray's looks like the stock Track wheel, not the TE-37. The stock Track wheels have three square dot indentations on each spoke.

 

Anyone know how much it would cost to polish JUST the lip of the Track RAYS rims?

Polishing the lip wouldn't cost much!!!
I would probably powder coat them a dark Gun and then Polish the lip!
