Edited an old pic for the good of the GT-S thread

I'm thinking of polishing my HKS exhaust tips to a silver finish instead of the burnt blue this season, still undecided.

Just ordered a set from Eddie over at Performance Nissan MS +30/+18 for $3,520 without the CC $3,600 shipped

Why did you opt for the +30 offset up front?

To those looking for a set, Ravspec has a set of 19x9.5/10.5 +30 all around for $2700.

[QUOTE=VQpoweredZ;9663062]Why did you opt for the +30 offset up front?

Just for looks.. I don't like a lot of lip up front or the tire out to the fender to much! The +30 will give me more of a flush look up front and tucked in a bit while the back will stick out a bit and be real deep. The +17/+18 to me looks more like for an AWD car or a low rider. To Gangsta for me. Think the +30/+18 is more sporty like a Porsche! Just my opinion so don't flame me guys!! I know this thread is all about +17/+18 plus i like to be different> I've included a pic of the look im going for different rim but what im trying to achieve

Thats fine, it's your car, your money, and your decision you should make your car how you want it to look.

How "flush" your wheels are with the fender depends on how low your car is too. I really don't think the +17's are too aggressive if you are decently lowered, they are easily contained within the fender and are definitely less aggressive than the rear wheels.

Heres a few pics of my car with the 9.5+17 and 10.5+18 for your reference.

Agreed. It's hard for the fronts to be more agressive than the rear when the rears are 1" wider and are actually designed to have a wider lip. Car looks great as always VQ

Car looks great. I will never regret buying these wheels. Wished they did not need that much baby sitting

Thanks man! If anything I think the fronts could be a few mm's more aggressive.

Thanks, I know exactly what you mean. The mercury silver faces hold up fantastic, but washing the lips and keeping them mint is very hard to do.

I'm set on polishing both the lips and the inner barrels if the lips start looking bad (it would be a bit easier to take care of than the anodized finish)

The car looks Hot Bro! Mine is black as well can't wait. I understand what your saying about the lowering of the car my main goal was to get the rim as flush as I could without rubbing. From my understanding the +17 +18 is a 4in lip up front and 5in out back and that's not staggerd enough for my taste. The +30 is like a 2in lip in the front. If I could of got a 1in or no lip up front I would have went for It but not possible with the GTS. I'm curious to see how this will look. I figure if anything I can always throw a spacer on the fronts as well. By the way how much are you lowered and what are you lowered on?? That's my next mission! I'm thinking about eibach Pro Street

I will suggest you do 255 in the front then. On my next tire change I would do 255/35/19 upfront
