Default important question

Earlier this year when I was working on my front suspension I noticed there was a locater pin sticking out of the rotor that you had to line the wheel up with. Well I got my Ruff Racing 277's in today and they don't have a hole for the pin. I believe the pin had a bolt head, but I can't remember. Am I supposed to just screw the pin out? Will it cause any adverse affects if I do? Thanks.

If your talking about the bolt on the face of the rotors, yes, take it out and you'll be fine. It needs to be removed for most aftermarket wheels.

Thanks,
Gary

you can pull the pin out. It is only designed to work with factory rims. It keeps the POS dealership techs from mounting the factory rims incorrectly. Just unscrew it.
