10.5" Axis Hiro's

I have asked a few different sources in the last several months and researched a lot before I even bought my car and can never get a definate answer either way.
Will the 19x10.5" (35 offset) Axis Hiro's fit inside the fender using a 295/30/19 tire? Will the sidewall of the tire be INSIDE the fender or be flush or worse protrude beyong the fender?
Sometimes I hear that with that offset they actually tuck in too much and may need spacers to clear shocks or something but in pics I've seen of them it looks like they sit pretty damn close the to fender without any spacers, though I have not really found a really good shot of what I need to see.

Ok this is what I'm thinking about doing. Actually thought about it a long time ago but decided it wouldn't work but the difference in overall diameters is about .6" (rears being larger than fronts of course) so it will work, as long as the overall dia. is .5" to 1" MAX .7" being ideal.
Up front I want to run Axis Hiro's 19x8.5" with a 20 offset and use 245/35/19 tires.
On the rear, I want to run a 19x10.5" and run a 305/30/19.
These sizes are close enough to the stock overall diameters I have now and since I have no VDC, it won't matter in my case. My fender gap would increase by less than 1/8" and lower the car the same amount in the rear, which is nothing. It's on Hotckis springs anyway now.
It seems that since the 10.5" Hiro's only come in a 35 offset and that they are too tucked in for most, that I should be able to fit the 305, if I use a 5 or 10mm spacer, so that the inside of the tires will clear everything???

You'll have 20 mm hang on the street side and 30 mm on inside if your offest for the wheel was 35mm runnnig a 295 tire. If you know bubbles on here he has a 285/35 tire size in the rear and 29 offset with a 1" drop and he has no rubbing issue. Another member InSaNeZ has a set of RH R5 Pros that has 295/30 in the rear, no drop and a +26 offset with no rubbing issues but can't lower becasue of bottoming out issues. If you look at pictures of the car they sit very flush to the fender.
The cracking issues have been soved from my understanding. Yammy2 from 350zmotoring probably posted his cracking issues on this forum. Anyways not to point fingers. VN 350z I understand the concerns but don't you think it would be logical for Axis to pull all of there bad wheels off the market because of liability issues. I don't think Axis is that dumb but maybe they are.
Another interesting fact is that if you go too low of a profile in any wheel you can crack or bend the rims, even volks.
Unless I don't understand the offsets I think what a wrote is correct, it just doesn't seem logical to me when I see other peoples setups. Like how you can go to a lower offset like 25mm on a 10.5 wheel and not end up with the tire sticking past the fender even with 285/295 tires on the rear.
