I am looking into a set of staggerd wheels with the following sizes

18 x 8(Front) +18x9(Rear)
225/40/18(Front) + 245/40/18(Rear)

will the tire sizes look right on my car, i found a deal for 1299 for all four.
what do you guys think?

 

What's the offset on the wheels? Most of these "bargain" set ups don't have good offets or use ideal tire sizes. I would run 245/40 and 275/40 on those wheels.

 

I hope you did not get that price from Wheelmax. If it is, forget about it. First of all, they do not know what they are talking about and second, from what I hear, they have one of the worst customer service. I think they are up there as Iforged.

 

I've got (and many others on here) 245's on the FRONT and 275's on the rear. Wheels are (or should be) as much a performance upgrade as an aesthetic one. What I'm saying is that IMO 245's are way too skinny for rear tires on aftermarket Z wheels.

 

If you are going with 225 I think it should be 45 and rears I would go 265/40
