Will 4.5 backspacing work?

I just ordered my new Drag Racing wheels since the prostars use shank lugs and I keep on going through wheel studs like a mad man
after going back and forth with available wheel options that use acorn lugs instead of shanks and the lack of 5.5 back spacing on any of them I asked the guy at Jegs if anything else works, he looked it up for the 350Z and said the specs state 4.5 backspacing is fine.
So I ordered the Jegs Sport Star 5 Spoke Wheels: 15x8 bolt 5.4-5 back spacing 4.5
Should I be concerened or is the 4.5 backspacing just fine?
here's a pic

The wheel will fit fine, its the tire that would be an issue (if any). Are you running a 26x8.5 or a 26x10?. With the 4.5" back space you might have to roll the fenders to run the 26x10

4.5" back spacing is the same as +12.7mm Offset...
15x8 +12.7mm
Take width of wheel (8). Subtract the amount of back spacing (4.5) and you get 3.5. Divide the width of the wheel in half (8/2 = 4). 4 - 3.5 = .5" offset
8 - 4.5
4 - 3.5
5 / 25.4 = 12.7
Metric conversion...
25.4mm = 1"
.5" = 12.7mm

I think its going to rub. If you had 5.5" backspacing on an 8" wheel before, this new wheel is going to move the tire 1" outward. With a slick that big, I think its going to rub the fender lip. A roll will help.

it will work fine...
If you have say a NISMO LMGT4 in the rear... 18x9.5
putting on this wheel will give you:
37mm MORE room from the inner shock then the LMGT4
and be 1mm tucked under from the fender...
So, you can probably run a decently thick tire on it...
What would be ideal, would be a wheel with a higher offset so you can be closer to the inside so you can get a overall fatter tire on...
Something like a full 6" back spacing or 6.25" back spacing would be ideal...
but the size you got will work good... just not a hugely fat tire..

Update:
Update:
Wheels and Tires (mounted) arrived today. The wheels look and feel almost identical to the prostars (except, Acorn Style Lug Nuts, yeah!)
The tire is freaking huge...I wanted a wider tire but it's taller more than wider.
I mounted them and there is about 2.5 inches between the rubber and the fender. I took it for a ride and it's rubbing on the top inside of the fender when hitting a bump. Rolling the fender should take care of that for regular driving but I am concerned about launching.
What I think I'm doing is getting the fender rolled and put my old ET Streets (26X10.5) on and try to return the new tires.
otherwise it should work fine with the 26's
