how much could i get for 18" advan tc-ii's(mint condition) /w advan neova rubber(50% left)?
also is it really expensive to ship to the states? cause i dont think anyone up here is willing to pay the money for them

 

Search through the Marketplace->Private Classifieds->Wheels, Tires forum and see if you can find those wheels or something similar for sale or that has sold recently. That will give you a ballpark idea of what they're worth.
