Question Front Wheels: 19X9.5 +12, is that too much?

I'm looking into some volk wheels right now via Performance Nissan. The volk progressive spoke Silver are straigh away available in the following combination:

19X9.5 +12
19X10.5 +22

I wonder, would the front rim be pushed out too much to affect handling/camber etc? I won't be running wide tyres on them, only 245 which I know is pretty small for 9.5....

The perfect option would have been the 19X9.5 +25, which would need to be ordered from Japan. That probably takes a while.
Just wondering if anyone runs such an aggresive offset, as I couldn't find any answer during my search. I use my 350z as a draily driver, no track driving.

Tnx

The most aggressive set I've seen (my setup) are the GT-S +17 in 19" 9.5" for the fronts and there doesn't seem to be many issues if any. I still don't have my rims in yet. The whole thing is that's only a 5 mm difference from your rims so its really up to you. take a look the GT-S post and look at the pics if you have any questions in your mind. Wouldn't it be better to wait and get the offset you want instead of buying some offset you really don't want???

Well,

thats the thing. Is +12 really something I don't want to try or will it be a minor difference....

It's a "5mm" difference not 5 inches or 5 cm.

hehehe..
i've run 9+0 and 10+0 on my z
w/ 245/275
a 9 +0 is equal to a 9.5 + 6
so have fun =)
but then again i am running camber for more agressive wheel fitments

Definitely doable, but aggressive

If you aren't familiar with wheel fitment, I wouldn't recommend doing it

Will look hot as heck tho

A-spec had great fitment for 18's

I had 19x9.5 +11 and 19x10.5 +11 with around 2.5deg camber front and 3deg rear camber. With this setup easily fit 245/20 and 275/30. Maybe more.

Thats just like this but with a 15mm spacer... you can do it if you pull your fenders... and run a stretched tire...

below is 18x9.5 +27 w/ 265/35/18

Thanks a lot for the replies, I'm not going for this setup as I might run into some difficulties. Appreciate the quick replies!

Do a search for Sharif's car. He runs this set up on his monster Z. The pics are in a "tail of the dragon" pics thread...very hot look IMO.
