deffinately an alignment issue, uneven wear. camber is off. lowered car? suprised you didnt hear it coming, same problem as tire feathering just lots more severe. were they really loud?

Funny thing thats on 6000miles with one alignment when the new wheels and tires went on and another at 3000 so Im thinking when the suspension was put on the toe was way off, so in other words they probably lied cause they said it was almost perfect to Nissan Spec BS

the sport or pro line? The ones that drop 1.25' or 1.5' require a alignment. You'd be way out of spec. Thats not toe...toe doesn't cause wear like that..thats camber

Make sure you check your alignment specs before and after next time.

As for now just cross rotate on the rims and they'll last for a couple thousand miles lol.

Looks pretty normal to me for a drop of 1"+. This is why there are hundreds of threads on camber kits and uneven tire wear. Rotate them side to side before they get to that point and you can get 2x the life out of them. Also, make sure you get a print out of your alignment specs next time so you know exactly what you are dealing with. You could have as much as -2.5 degrees of camber.

Wrong...this is probably the biggest contributor. You must've had some big camber, which, unless you got camber arms, cannot be adjusted back to spec with your eibach 1" drop.

You gotta pay more attention and do the tire / wheel flip-rotation thing (sticky by Jason@perf)

Thats after 9K miles? I have almost 4K, and they dont look anywhere close to that. I am dropped on H&R sport springs 1.3" FR & 1.0" RR.

Camber my @ss...

Looks like the Toe was all messed up, scrubbing the wheels.

Equivalent to driving a car on sandpaper.....sideways.

I know due to the eibachs the camber is not so great but after 6000miles ??

it had to have been way off for them to just look like that

Eibach springs on aftermarket wheels with an aggressive offset are impossible to get anywhere near nissan spec without camber correction arms.

I am surprised that you are driving with tires in that condition. Looks like an alignment was due 10,000 miles ago.

Alignment for sure. Id like to see the specs from your last alignment if you still have them.

To get maximal life from tires - alignment must be EXACTLY AT NOMINAL not just inside extreme wide oem min/max range designed to reduce warranty cost.
