275s too wide to align?

275s too wide to align?

Both the dealer and the body shop couldn't align my wheels as the rears were too wide. This sound familiar. Is there still hope. Im driving to the tire mounting place tomorow to see....should Ieven bother?

I'm sure the tire shop can do it. These places either didn't have the right equipment, because for Nissan, they don't need it and for the body shop its too uncommon, or just weren't experienced enough.

WIll the tire shop know the proper camber/toe settings...or does that not even matter as they are on-adjustable (?)

they will use the stock specs, but if I recall, the back toe wasn't alignable, regardless of tire size. something wasnt alignable, but mine weren't out of spec, just at the edge.
