Yes they are 18's
The cut outs in the bumper are as a result of removing the headlamp washers which are standard on UK cars, always hated them so removed and made the cut outs bigger and fitted ducting behind to feed cold air to the brakes.

255's look good up front. I decided on 275 front and 295 rear. you guys think thats overkill?

 

no i have 295/265

 

If your fitting on tires that bulge in the least amount you're not doing any good- just adding more weight and additional slop in steering response. Ideally you want a tire that has an ever so slight inward stretch. Straight flush with the lip of the wheel at most.

For a 10.5" wheel I'd run a 275 or 285...
For a 9.5" wheel I'd run a 255 or 265 but no larger.
For an 8.5" wheel I'd run a 235 or 245 but no larger.

Sure you can run a 295 on a 9.5" wheel and while it may look cool to some people, it's gonna bulge resulting in sloppy handling, weigh a good bit more and cost more than a proper fitting tire. Run a stickier compound if you want more traction. Not trying to burst any bubbles, I'm just saying how it is.

 

I assume the center caps have no fitment issues either?

I noticed that some sets have the concave spokes in the front, but some sets don't. How do you get the concavity of wheels in both the front and back?
