Therefore, would it be correct to state that given the same weight of (2) different tire and wheel combinations with the same outside diameter that it would be irrelevant the size of the wheel itself? For example, if I have 20" wheels and lower profile tires with a total outside diameter of 26" versus a 19" wheel with slightly thicker profile tires with a total outside diameter of 26" and both combinations weigh the same, wouldn't the "moment of inertia" be the same?
No .. since you have move what is close to the heaviest part of the wheel further outward toward the edge of the wheel.

as long as our tires size are correct no VDC problem.. Also the wheel will work with TPS.. no need for spacer or longer stud.. wheels are made for using stock stud..
