I flamed you on the black wheels, but now you're definitely onto something good.

Those are sweet. Advans, right?

No, actually those are still black Racing, But in Silver!!!!
I took thost image off the Tirerack.com, they had the SSR Competition Silver that look exactly like the Black racing. So, I used them to compare with. I thought it looks pretty good with the silver sideview, but just not sure what it would look like from the angle?

I was checking into the black racing wheels a while back. You can get a +30 offset but you will have to have them imported from Japan and it will be much more expensive that what you can find at say wheelmax or discount tire.

I was only able to find +35 offsets here in the states. Discount tire quoted me a very good price on the +35 offset, but the cheapest I could find the +30 was still 500-600 dollars more than the +30. Needless to say, I'm still undecided as to what to do.

Good Luck,

Did you check with Wheelmax? They don't have any +30 offset? Because I spoke to someone there, and they indicate that it would fix, but I forgot to ask what offset that it!

After looking back at my notes, it is actually +38 that everyone has in the states, not +35 which I mentioned earlier. Sorry.

Anyway, when I spoke with wheelmax I was told all they have and can get are the +38. Although +38 would work fine, I just don’t think they would be pushed far enough out to look good. I thought about using spacers but if that were the case the weight savings would be negated so I opted against that. I was quoted about $1500.00 shipped for a set of +30 by a guy on this board named valuetl who runs http://www.value-caraudio.com. I would give him a call if you are interested.

www.importhookup.com is always running specials on wheels. i called about 6 months ago when i was shopping around for wheels for both of my cars at the time. their prices were actually cheaper than wheelmax by i think 100$ at the time. if i wasn't buying a house i would buy wheels and would call again to get the pricing.

yeah well it's impossible to find anything in the area that i like and i don't want to build something from the ground up. all i'm looking for is a house with a 2 car garage, 3 bedrooms at least 2 full baths, a deck and a basement. i have 250,000 to work with (before the 10% down) and i still can't find anything i like.
