Default Rear Wheel Bearing Help

Ok so I think I need to replace my rear wheel bearing because when I turn right my left rear tire/wheel is making a loud noise. When I straighten out it gets quieter. When I turn left the left rear wheel gets quieter. It's the loudest on the highway when I'm travelling at 40mph or more. I don't think it's the tire either because they're quite new and un warped. I saw this auction on ebay for a "hub bearing". Is this the part I need to swap out and fix this problem?

That looks like the part. The ones for the front come with the studs included, but I think the back only comes with the actual bearing.
